A princess sleeps, a kingdom dies and a god stripped of half his power needs to find a way to awaken the kingdom’s…beautiful salvation in this spellbinding fairy tale romance.
Aiyana’s dreams are filled with nightmares and she needs to learn who’s telling the truth and who’s lying before time runs out and the reader can’t help but become enthralled by this brilliant spin of the Sleeping Beauty fairy tale with the author’s unique twists and surprises. The romance in this story fulfills the hearts requirements when it comes to fairy tale happily ever afters as Aiyana and Saamal come together to save a kingdom. The strong, beguiling characters really reach out and grab the reader’s attention drawing them into their world while the fast paced and smooth flowing plot captivates readers with suspense, excitement and romance.
Tension and expectation builds throughout the story as time continues to run out and unseen forces work against Saamal as he tries to find a way to awaken Aiyana and what’s a fairy tale without evil, it’s not one, and the evil in this story adds lots of excitement with her jealous rage including deadly battles. The well written scenes and details paint vivid images that bring the story to life and make it easy for the reader to get lost in the story as the well-orchestrated events ensures that there can’t put the book down until the very end.
If you have met the Princes from the previous stories (which I recommend for the best enjoyment) then you’ll be happy to know that they all come together in this one and the overall plot to the series involving all the Princes and their mates comes to an awesome conclusion and while I am sorry that the series is ending I am happy to report that the author is creating a spinoff series that promises to be just as exciting as this one and I can’t wait for the first book.
Aiyana is a princess with a darkness inside her that won’t remain silent for much longer. Her dreams are filled with blood and death, her waking hours plagued by phantom cries for blood that seem to come from the earth itself. Fearing that she’s becoming a danger to her people, Aiyana determines to risk a bargain with a fairy to get rid of the frightening power inside her. If she can find the fairy. If she can get past the god she meets in the woods. If there wasn’t something about him that felt so…familiar.
Saamal is a god reduced, a deity who’s gone from being all-powerful to being forced to watch his land die. His only chance to save his kingdom is a marriage bond with the princess prophesied to return him to glory. The only obstacle? The princess has been cursed, trapped in a death-like state. When he is given a way to communicate with her, he has hope for the first time in decades. Unfortunately, the princess is horrified by his very nature and the future she envisions if she believes what he claims. The once all-powerful god must now do something he’s never had to do before…ask.
When your real world is the Dream World, it’s difficult to know who’s telling the truth and who’s lying. A princess under a curse. A god stripped of half his power. The longer the land goes without the power it needs, the more it will take to awaken the kingdom’s…Beautiful Salvation.
