It is always interesting to read about how other cultures celebrate holidays. It adds a depth to the story and really brings you into the story, almost like you are a part of whats being told.

I liked the article by Delaney. That is the true beauty of books! There is something to read for everyone. I read because I can travel to any part of the world and experience the sights and sounds thru the characters in the book. I can learn about many people and cultures and perhaps gain understanding of the traditions, conflicts, and family dynamics. Holiday books depicting all cultures are wonderful because they strive to show hope, love and the HEA are the same, no matter who you are.

Best wishes to all during this holiday season,

I love learning about how other cultures celebrate the holidays and the easiest way to do that is through the romance novels I read. Seeing characters of other races is also appealing as I get tired of the same old same old. More authors need to write characters of different ethnicities and disabilities as the world is becoming more of a hodgepodge of people.
