Hot Summer Nights

Hot Summer Nights is a compilation of three stories by Lexie Davis, Crymsyn Hart, and Dana Torrence. Each story is different from the other but all three are spicy and romantic. They bring together a perfect romantic blend of paranormal and the erotic.

In Tempted, Dr. Alessandria Aames has borrowed her friend Nina’s beach house for a week of R&R. Sean Graham a video game developer lives next door. He and Ali meet by chance on the beach the day she arrives. They both feel the animal attraction to each other and they eventually act on it. Ali finds herself falling for Sean but believes that it can never work since she works almost all the time and lives in Los Angeles. Sean is feels the same way but he feels like they can make it work and wants to desperately. Will they be able to work it out or will it just be a vacation fling for Ali?

In Hazy, Hot, & Hunted Luisa doesn’t realize what is going on when Bowen falls into her front yard shot and is being chased by a bounty hunter. He pleads with her to hide him and not let them know he is there. Her roommate, Geppetto, as she calls him happens to be a ghost, doesn’t seem to like Bowen and keeps showing her so. Hunter the bounty hunter tells her that Bowen is a murderer and that is why he is looking for him. Bowen assures her he isn’t, and that Hunter isn’t what he seems, she has a feeling Bowen isn’t either. What if Bowen is he a murderer? Why does Hunter really want him?

A Midsummer’s Eve Kiss tells the story of Gwen and Teyrnon and their trials and tribulations. Gwen never believed in fairies or the story her Grandmother Ettie told her about the Great Hawthorn Tree being the Gateway to the Fairy world. But one Midsummer’s Eve she will learn that the Fae are real. Teyrnon is looking for his ruhýana, his soul mate so to speak, the one female that will complement him. He up until now has not been able to find one in the fae world so he has been looking in the mortal world. Will he find his Ruhýana? What will happen between Gwen and Tey?

I had a hard time putting this anthology down. Each story is one I would be happy to read over and over again.

All Ali wanted was a vacation, and her best friend’s beach house seemed like the perfect getaway. Packing up for a week of nothing but fun in the sun, the last thing she expected to find was temptation, in the form of a sexy surfer dude. He was a younger man, twelve years her junior, and definitely awakened a desire inside. And he offered the perfect opportunity for this busy doctor to indulge in a no-strings affair and walk away unscathed. But simple lust gets complicated, and Ali soon finds her heart on the line. Can her long-awaited vacation be the beginning of something more?
