What would you do if someone came into your car and gave you a thousand dollars to drive them around? Would you tell them to get out? Would you accept the money and all the consequences that comes with it? Would it make a difference if the person was bruised and limping?

Caitlyn decides to accept the offer and drive Fetch around. She's running from something and she needs the money badly. Fetch being the person he is realized it and swayed her to continue to drive him around when things got hairy. I found it funny that he kept calling her or referring to her as Driver, like it was her given name.

I thought they worked well together, you have the initial trust issues but you got to do what you got to do. The sentences flowed well and the plot was clear. It took me a while to get into the book but once I did it got better. What Caitlyn does is a dangerous job and I don't think I would be able to do it.

Book Blurb for Floored

They’re a car crash waiting to happen...so why do they keep crashing into each other?

From the moment Fetch gets knocked off his Harley, crawls into Driver’s car and offers her an obscene amount of money to drive him from Sydney to Perth — no questions, no names, no chit chat — they’re stuck with each other. By the time they arrive, they’re stuck on each other.

It’s lust at full throttle, with no seat belts. It could be more, but he’s a fake and she’s a liar.  They’re both neck deep in crime, and only one of them is on the right side of the law.
