Chains and Canes

Club Devant, Book 2

‘Chains and Canes’ is the second book in the Club Deviant series by Katie Porter. Daniel Baker and his fiancé Naya Ortiz have been together for over three years. Remy Lomand changes the balance of Daniel and Naya’s relationship. Remy thinks that he is a toy to Daniel and Naya. Remy brings Daniel into the sessions he has with Naya. He awakens the sexual submissive in Daniel. Daniel and Naya work to make Remy a permanent partner.

Daniel is a wealthy businessman. He is totally head over heels in love with his fiancé. They are perfect together except in the bedroom. Naya is a sexual masochist and Daniel dislikes giving Naya any pain. He is a very strong character to be able to give the love of his life what she needs without being angry about it. I am not sure I could do what he did for Naya. I loved how Daniel comes to grips with being a submissive. I find it amazing that Remy sees it but Naya does not at first. I loved that when it came to Naya’s safety Daniel is able to step out of his role and keep Naya safe no matter what and how frustrated Remy gets because of it.

The chemistry between Naya, Remy, and Daniel is off the charts. I found it amazing that Daniel was the one to want Remy as a permanent third and Naya was not totally on board with it. There are going pains as all parties come to grips with their rolls and this is evident as the book continues. Overall this is a wonderful story and a great addition to the series. I cannot wait for the next book!

Book Blurb for Chains and Canes

A Dom double-teamed by two submissives? He doesn’t stand a chance.

Wealthy businessman Daniel Baker doesn’t have a creative bone in his body, but he knows art and craves beauty. Contemporary dancer Naya Ortiz, his fiancée of three years, embodies both. His protective commitment to her happiness extends to hiring Dominas to satisfy the sexual masochism she craves.

The balance of their relationship is tipped when Naya dances with reckless Cajun choreographer Remy Lomand. His magnetism as a Dom carries over to a backstage encounter that leaves Naya breathless—and Daniel unable to look away.

Remy knows the deal. The fancy people want to play with a disposable boy toy. He’s fine with that…but not with letting Daniel remain a bystander. As their sessions intensify, Remy guides Daniel’s awakening as a sexual submissive. Their no-strings threesome reveals the physical connection Daniel and Naya have lacked—and the emotional depth Remy fears.

When Remy and Naya tirelessly work to found a professional dance company, Daniel is left on the outside looking in. And although he and Naya are ready to submit to Remy for the rest of their lives, the man they call Sir may not want their love at all.

Warning: A sexy-as-hell Cajun choreographer plays slap, tickle, chains and canes with a caliente Puerto Rican dancer and her repressed businessman fiancé. What could possibly go wrong?
