Brush and Whip

Kennel Klub 1

Drew is a wolf shifter with a lot of issues. His past Master and Alpha gave him up because he mated with a female. Drew’s past Master did not treat him right to start with either. It seems that he wanted Drew to stay in wolf form and shift in front of him. Which makes me wonder how long Theo really was in wolf form?

Theo is looking for a sub. While he is open is any type of shifter he really wants a wolf shifter. At first sight, he is taken with Drew well before he knows he is one of his contenders. Theo is a kind and sweet man who does a great job of providing the balance that Drew needs.

The chemistry between Drew and Theo is blistering. I loved that despite Drew’s past he trusted Theo at first sight. The sex scenes were scorching. I loved the grooming scene in particular because of how intimate it was.

Brush and Whip is the first book in a new series called Kennel Klub by Sean Michael. The Kennel Klub is a club that works to match dominant shifter with the perfect sub. I loved this book. In fact, I read it in one sitting. I found this book well written. The main and secondary characters were interesting. At 82 pages, it’s a quick and spicy read. Overall, I loved the book and I can’t wait until the next book in the series comes out.

Book Blurb for Brush and Whip

Book 1 of the Kennel Klub series.

The Kennel Klub takes pride in matching dominant shifters with the perfect mates.

Theo is looking for just that—someone to pleasure, to love, to take care of. Having dealt with tremendous personal losses, Theo uses his human form as a shield. No one can hurt him if he’s human.

Drew hasn’t shifted in more than a year. After spending his life serving a cruel alpha, he was cast aside. Drew has found that it’s easier to protect himself if he’s a wolf. A sub at heart, Drew is apprehensive at the concept of losing control. But as Theo arouses deep needs in Drew, he’ll learn that ceding his will is just the beginning of this erotic battle.

Inside Scoop: Theo’s dominant nature may be just what Drew needs. These same-sex shapeshifters will burn up the sheets!
