Emmett Longley lost not just his job, but his home and surrogated family when the ranch he worked on was forclosed. Luck led him to a new ranch looking for a handyman/jack of all trades and he met Christopher Younger.
Christopher "Kit" Younger needs help fixing his ranch since it has become run down. He has no time for any relationship beyond the minimum and scratches that itch with a woman in town, so his sudden attraction to Emmett confuses him.
Now Kit has to figure out if he is gay, straight or bi before Emmett gets tired of waiting for him to make up his mind.
Jambrea Jo Jones is a great author. She has a lyrical voice and strong characters that leave a lasting impression. I liked this book, but I did feel like the story was rushed somewhat and the ending left me feeling like something was missing. I wasn't left feeling like the relationship was going to be long lasting so I'd love to see a sequel to this story to wrap up the happily ever after.
Emmett Longley just lost his job and home. When he hears of a ranch needing a jack of all trades, he jumps at the chance. What Emmett didn’t expect was to find himself drooling over his new boss. And the man was giving off some weird vibes. Was Kit gay or not?
Christopher ‘Kit’ Younger only looks at men to see if they fit the bill to work his ranch. He doesn’t have time for relationships. He never has, and if he did, they would be with a woman. That was until Emmett Longley drove up to his ranch and applied for the job of foreman. Why was he getting hard over Emmett? There was nothing feminine about Emmett so why did Kit catch himself daydreaming about being in the big man’s arms?
