Wild Invitation

A Psy/Changeling Anthology

Nalini Singh’s latest book Wild Invitation is a pleasure to read. She brings readers four novellas each featuring a different couple and each exploring a different theme. Although these books are part of the larger Psy-Changeling series these can be read alone. I don’t recommend it though because the featured heroes and heroines are familiar faces from the series. Each story though a novella is robust with romance, sensuality, well defined characters, and a satisfying conclusion. Fans of the series will be thrilled with the stories and new readers will be tempted to track down the whole series to enjoy.

All four books center around four couples. Although they all have a common enemy, the Psy-Council as all the Psy-Changeling books do, each couple must face their own trials and overcome them in order to seal the mating that is meant to be for each. Whether that trial is self-confidence, trust, a quiet man, or the fear of loving someone that is bigger than life each story delves into the issue and the bond that develops between the featured characters ultimately coming to a satisfying conclusion. Once again, Nalini Singh has delivered a book that readers will treasure and quickly add to their collection of keeper novels.

Book Blurb for Wild Invitation

Experience the explosive series hailed by #1 New York Times bestselling author Christine Feehan as "a must-read for all my fans."

In Beat of Temptation, innocent Tamsyn has always had a place in her heart for Nathan, a blooded DarkRiver sentinel. But is she ready for the fierce demands of the mating bond?

In Stroke of Enticement, a wary young teacher, skeptical about love, arouses the man--and the animal--in an aggressive leopard changeling who must prove his affections are true.

In Declaration of Courtship, Grace, a shy submissive wolf, finds herself pursued by the last man she ever would have imagined: a SnowDancer lieutenant said to be "mad, bad, and dangerous to know."

In Texture of Intimacy, SnowDancer healer Lara discovers the searing joys--and unexpected challenges--of being mated to quiet, powerful Walker, a man used to keeping his silence.
