Adam Harrison (The Dead Room, Ghostwalk) is putting together a new secret government unit of paranormal investigators. Heading the team is Jackson Crowe who is haunted by the recent deaths of his previous teammates and a mysterious experience with an ancestral ghost from his past. Although, given the recent experiences Jackson isn’t sure if this new appointment is a good thing or not. Angela Hawkins is also on the team and has experienced several tragedies in her past and has extraordinary paranormal intuition.

Jackson and Angela are heading the team that will investigate the death of a senator’s wife, Regina Holloway, in New Orleans. The New Orleans house is a hot bed of paranormal activity and the site of several grisly murders. Jackson and Angela must work together, with the help of their investigative team, to unravel the mystery of how the senator’s wife died and who or what did the killing.

Phantom of Evil will keep you on the edge of your seat from the first chapter to the last. Unraveling what is really going on in New Orleans and how the paranormal activity ties in is both chilling and exciting. The development of Jackson and Angela’s romance is nicely handled in conjunction with unraveling the mystery surrounding everything going on at the house in New Orleans. Heather Graham once again has done a wonderful job of weaving paranormal activity with real human evil. Once again, Ms. Graham will thrill her fans with an exciting tale of murder and mayhem.
