Seduction Wears Sapphires was an amazing read. I enjoyed it immensely.
Ashe and Caroline are wonderful characters that made me fall in love with them from the beginning of the story. They both try to fight their attraction and uphold their duty. The two of them argue and debate over just about everything, even when they start to get along better. Both of them have had tough times and you just want a wonderful happy ending for both of them. At other times I wanted to knock some sense into their heads. Caroline wins over people of the ton because of her "pluck," even when everybody else seems to be waiting for it all to go south. Ashe feels like he is being punished as he deserves and doesn't realize that he loves her until it is almost too late. As the two of them argue and fall in love, people are trying to ruin them. There is enough action in this story that it keeps you guessing on what is going to happen next in this wonderful tale.
I absolutely loved this story and would recommend it.
When Ashe Blackwell's grandfather challenges him to reform for a single social Season in London-or forfeit his inheritance-the rake agrees to the wager. But Ashe is assigned an unconventional chaperone: Miss Caroline Townsend, a young, independent, well-educated, American woman with beautiful eyes-and no patience for rogues.
