Relentless Pursuit

Relentless Pursuit was an excellent read. I absolutely loved it. Billy and Kristin are great characters that I fell in love with immediately. Billy is spontaneous and outrageous but he has a huge heart. He pisses people off because he has a hard time knowing when to stop. Kristin has a lot of insecurities and it hinders Billy at first, luckily he is very determined. I loved the storyline and the action that happened. I was drawn in from the very beginning and did not want to put the book down. I laughed a lot during this story. The sex is explicit but not overly frequent. There are plenty of emotions involved by the time that they get together. There is plenty of action to keep the reader’s attention. The story keeps you guessing on what is going on and who the bad guy is. There is a great balance between romance and action. The story is paced well and really well written. This is part of a series but you do not to have read the others to enjoy this story.

Billy is in South Beach on a short detail that he is viewing as punishment until he meets Kristin. Kristin is put off by Billy because of her insecurities. He keeps staring at her and she doesn't understand why. When they are on duty cars are stolen from the hotel. Billy goes down to check it out and decides that it is just what he needs. Kristin doesn't want him asking questions or investigating but he starts doing it on his own anyways. She doesn’t want him investigating though. When more cars go missing she invites him to help.

You call this a mission?

Yeah, ex-Army Ranger and Taylor Securities operative Billy Tripp screwed up. So instead of being assigned to a dangerous international mission, he's sent to babysit a pricey necklace at a trendy South Beach hotel. The only bright side to the assignment is working with the manager, smoking-hot hotel heiress Kristen Dante.

Kristen's worked hard to build her father's Miami hotel into a jet-set destination. She's confident in business but not so much with men. What could a sexy guy like Billy want with her when he could have someone like her beautiful, party-girl sister?

There's a reason Billy's known as Mr. Relentless. He doesn't give up. Not on a job, or on the woman he wants. So when three luxury cars go missing from the hotel's lot, Billy sets out to find the thief. Suddenly, he has a case with the risks he thrives on. But when his investigation leads to Kristen being threatened, the real danger is losing his heart.
