Someone To Love

A Westcott Novel, #1

This is an excellent historical romance complete with drama and romance. Things aren’t always as they seem and the story will keep you glued to the page. I know I couldn’t bear to put it down as I just had to know what would be happening next. This rags to riches story feels fresh and new. The characters are awesome and each is unique. Anna wants the new family she has discovered she has but they don’t necessarily want her! After all, they have all been living a lie. Avery is conflicted yet he is also interested in Anna. This wonderful story gives glimpses into what may become future stories while keeping this story very in the forefront. Just when you think British historical romance with all the titles and such have become the same, this book shows you how wrong that thought is.

Anna has been brought up in an orphanage in Bath with few memories of her family. What memories she has aren’t always happy ones. She likes her life and enjoys teaching in the same orphanage she was brought up in. When she receives a summons to see a lawyer in London concerning an inheritance, she is sure it won’t amount to much. To her surprise, she learns she is actually the daughter of an Earl, has half siblings and now has a fortune. She’s not ready for this. Will someone help her adjust? Her new found family doesn’t appear to be willing.
