This story has some over the top aspects along with some interesting characters. Molly and Jake have some quirks that may take some getting use to. Molly loves to blurt out useless facts while Jake thinks people are going to be interested in his personal life. This is one of the over the top aspects because Jake received a high award and in his mind he was in the news too often. This usually is a fifteen minutes of fame thing instead of days of interviews. Molly has some family issues that carry over into her everyday life. For the most part though this is just a sweet love story with very little intense drama. The biggest drama is finding a cure for Bobby. Lots of medical diagnosis and testing is seen throughout this book. It would be a great beach book.
The Story: Jake’s best friend, Bobby is sick, and no one can figure out what is going on. Jake isn’t too sure about this and refuses to sign a release to be on the TV show. It doesn’t take long before Jake and Molly have words. However, it takes just about the same amount of time for them to realize that there is an attraction. Where their relationship goes is a mystery as they have lots to work out!
