This m/m romance is part of the Black Hills Wolves series and while there are elements that tie these stories together, each can stand alone. That said, they would be better if read in order. Naming His Mate is so much more than just a romance. It has characters stretching their loyalties and morals. It shows greed and compassion. It has so much emotional pull that you won’t want to put it down. If you think that coming out as gay is hard, Damien is not only gay but turns into a wolf. How do explain that to your totally human lover and mate? At times funny and others very series, this short story has to be a must read.
