OMG Fender benders to misconceptions to secrets to an unlikely ending this story runs the gambit. I was cheering, cringing and laughing through this definitely unique story and a Vegas story that probably should stay in Vegas….., or not. The biggest thing that anyone could get out of this story is to not let go of your dreams. Because this story is about dreams, dreams others are sure you can’t achieve and dreams that don’t always come easy. Kellie is working towards her dream but she’s been putting supporting her friend’s writing carrier and trying to save her bookstore before her dream of being an author. Quinn dreams of designing motorcycles but his father sees it as a hobby. He’s even lost his wife because he’s following his dream. Can two dreamers come together for more than a one night stand? This story will let you know and it’s definitely a bit rocky. The ending is one I would have never imagined and it’s perfect.
Kellie is in Vegas for a romance readers convention. She is to meet up with a good friend and her finance at the hotel. Kellie would really like to have a man of her own to take with her but she doesn’t expect to find him after a fender bender. Quinn isn’t sure what to do with the cute woman whom he had his fender bender with. He knows he needs to get his bike towed back to his shop and fixed. But, he sends it off with his workers when she asks to be make believe he’s her boyfriend for the evening. How far will this deception go?
Part of the What Happens in Vegas series. Each is by a different author. Each can stand alone.
Their love is a long shot...
Aspiring writer Kellie Dalton needs a man, and fast. When she’s rear-ended by a sexy-as-sin biker on the way to a Vegas romance readers convention, she sees her chance. If he’ll pose as her fake boyfriend long enough to impress a bestselling author, Kellie has a shot at saving the bookstore for underprivileged kids she runs back home.
Quinn Anderson doesn’t know what to make of the cute little writer who stirs his heart and his libido, but he does know he wants to get better acquainted. And if that means keeping up their sexy ruse all week, he’s game.
Quinn knows a girl like Kellie deserves someone with a secure future to help with her store, not a guy struggling to turn a profit on his chopper shop. But if his motorcycle designs win the big Vegas competition, he’ll have enough prize money to fund his dreams…and hers.
