Have to admit I was thrilled to see that Julie Garwood had written a new book. I immediately put it on my must read list and I wasn’t in the least disappointed. Neither will you. FAST TRACK is about looking at life through new glasses. When life throws you a curve you are faced with decisions. Those decisions may just change the course of your life. The question is whether or not those changes were necessarily for the better. Be prepared to get sucked into a storyline that will keep you glued for its entirety.
Life as Cordelia Kane was never going to be the same. This she understood all too well with her beloved and devoted father Andrew succumbing to a massive heart attack leaving her alone. Too beautiful to ignore and men were definitely starting to take notice.
Her relationship was going to take quite a turn with Aiden as she uncovers facts about her life that leave her adrift. What she had grown up believing was now in question. The dilemma was what to do with her new found knowledge. The easy thing would be to shelve this whole issue. It wasn’t going to really change her life much – or would it. How do you know what the right thing is?
Is it better leaving that rock alone or unearth what could possibly be a startling revelation about life as you know it. That whole opening a can of worms issue. What should Cordelia do?

Garwood created an amazingly entertaining strong character with a mind of her own. You can’t wait to see what will come out her mouth next. Sometimes shockingly funny. Other times quite provocative. Cordelia is Julie Garwood’s masterpiece come to life in this fast paced mystery that will have you wondering if turning a blind eye isn’t better for your well-being. FAST TRACK is about taking chances in life. Be prepared to meet quite a collection of characters in FAST TRACK. You won’t like them all but I promise you they will stay with you long after you’ve finished this book. Applause for Julie Garwood.
