The Warrior

Brotherhood of the Sword, Book 3

The Warrior is a great historical that takes you back to the time where men were warriors and knights, and the love of a woman could tame their fierce nature. Lochlan MacAllister is laird of his clan. When events lead him to believe his brother is still alive, he sets out to the foreign land of France to find him. Catarina is an unwilling princess on the run from the men sent to force her back to her father and the forced political marriage he has arranged. While escaping from her latest kidnapping, it is Lochlan who saves her. Lochlan and Catarina are old acquaintances with no fond feelings between them, but that soon changes when Lochlan falls for the free spirited woman in Catarina. Catarina just wants to live her live free from the tyranny of her father's rule and never expected to find a man who could soothe her soul and make her happy. Their verbal altercation and some life threatening moments will stir the building desire between them and both succumb to a burning passion. Lochlan now must keep her safe as they travel in search of his brother, and find a way to keep her in his life forever.

Kinley MacGregor has penned a great book that will keep your emotions in turmoil as you read Lochlan and Catarina's story. There are plenty of memorable characters, some old and some new, which keep the plot edgy and intriguing as this romance pulls you into the drama unfolding with each page. The Warrior is a wonderful romance that will warm your heart and bring tears to your eyes. It's a must read and a keeper.

Special Note: Kinley MacGregor is also Sherrilyn Kenyon.
