Cutting Loose is a nail biting ride that grabs the reader from the beginning and definitely won't turn you loose until the roaring end. This is another great story from Tara Janzen and her Steele Street boys. Zachary Prade is CIA and has been working a deep cover for the government in Central America. Lily Robbins met Zach when she inadvertently got caught up in a nasty drug war in El Salvador and it was Zach who got her out of there and back to the states. Now Zach is pulled from his latest mission to find Lily and the object that many government players are willing to kill to retrieve. Soon they are both racing full throttle across the state trying to stay one step ahead of the bad guys as they get caught up in murder, mayhem and international power players. The attraction between Zach and Lily that started in Central America becomes an undeniable force, as danger and desires peak into a blistering romance. Neither one knows what lies at the end of the road for them, nor if they can get there alive. You'll have to ride along with them to find out how this one ends.
Cutting Loose is a thrilling story full of action and danger. Zach and Lily are both strong, butt-kicking characters that will keep you pumped full of adrenaline from one scene to the next. The tie-in with the Steele Street characters enhances the intrigue and excitement of this fast moving plot. It's an excellent book and one I recommend as a must read. Fasten your seatbelt and get ready for a wild ride.
