"Until the Dawn" is a bit different from the romances I've been reading lately and I enjoyed the change. This story moved at a fast pace and covered the horrible suspicion that our own government officials is attempting to take control of this country. There's nothing scarier than knowing that our own government is more crooked than a back country road. This is the scene Madison and her lover Dan stumble upon. Suddenly, all Madison knows isn't true. The man she thought she knew is but a stranger. An employee of the CIA. And his job is to uncover the truth about whose sneaking guns into this country. The suspect is the man Madison has built her career around.
When she tries to help uncover the truth, and help prove Dan's innocent, she finds out that the Senator she thought she knew and respected was the most dangerous criminal she's ever come up against. In a race against time, and all the resources of the US government at the bad guy's disposal, Dan and Madison have to be smart and careful about how to reveal the truth to the good guys, while trying to stay alive.
This is a perfect story for people who enjoy reading about government, politics, hot sex or secret spies.
