Candy Apple Dead’s main leading lady Abby is fun yet serious. She’s is an easy character to get into and like. Plus the candy in this book is described to sound very tasty. I liked how Abby was close to her friends and the bonds that created.
The mystery kept me guessing and excited. At first the evidence points toward Abby’s brother and then things get even more interesting. Plus I enjoyed the bits or romance.
If you like to cook also don’t miss out on the recipes in the back of the book. They are a fun bonus.
Overall I enjoyed this mystery and look forward to more.
