Living With The Dead

Robyn Peltier is trying to make a new life for herself after her husband's untimely death. She is kind of adrift without him and trying to continue on. She finds a job as a PR consultant for celebrities and enjoys her job, even though sometimes the celebs are trying on the nerves with their needs. She has the uncanny ability to find trouble, or trouble has no problem finding her. First her client is killed and she is the one to find her, she chases after the killer, then the killer follows her and kills her friend that she goes to for help. The evidence is stacking up against her and the cops are thinking that she is the murder as the bodies are following her. What is she going to do?

Finn is a police detective who is on the trail of Robyn. He is wondering if she is the murder as well, only he has a special ability. He can see and talk to the recently deceased. He gets to the second victim's house before the spirit is gone and is told that it wasn't Robyn. So now what? She is his prime suspect so if it wasn't her doing the killing he has no leads.

Throw in some dark secret societies, murderers, ghosts, and a murder mystery and you have a cauldron of great reading brewing. Will Robyn's name be cleared of the murders or will the evidence against her hold up and force Finn's hand? This is a thrill ride a minute and definitely hard to put down. I love this author and have read many of her books. I love seeing new material from her as she comes up with fresh, exciting ideas at each turn. Keep them coming is what I say. Can't get enough from this author, she can't write fast enough.

Book Blurb for Living With The Dead

When Robyn Peltier—a very human PR rep—is framed for murder, the two people most determined to clear her name are half-demon tabloid reporter Hope Adams, and necromancer homicide detective John Findlay.  And suddenly Robyn finds herself in the heart of a world she never knew existed—and which she is safer knowing nothing about....
