Night Terrors

Night Wardens #1

Away at college Rev had hoped to get away from the Wardens world of knowing that vampires and demons really did exist. When he's called back into the world of the Wardens he finds that he has been assigned a guardian, Jess the one person Rev has had the hots for all of his young life. He is the one person who has always seen him as clumsy and inexperienced. He is also the one he can't have because of the rules of the Wardens. No Guardian and no Warden should get attached to each other. But to catch the witch causing so much mayhem Jess and Rev end up closer than they should and in each other’s arms. Can Jess and Rev find solid footing in their world or will being off balance because of the rules get them and others killed?

Night Terrors is an enjoyable story and I couldn't put it down till I finished reading it.

The intense heat and passion between Jess and Rev had the story heating up and sizzling. I can't wait for the next in the series.

Book Blurb for Night Terrors

Since the beginning of time, an elite group of human warriors called Wardens protected mankind from all supernatural threats. Born into this destiny, a Warden's duties passed from father to son until the supernaturals made peace and the Wardens were no longer needed. Since then, knowledge of their existence has faded into myth and legend.

Recently, the peace has been broken as civil wars and infighting fragment the supernatural species and the Wardens are needed again. One Warden, Rev, could not be more unprepared for what lies ahead. In an instant, he goes from college student to literally fighting for his life as he's forced to enter a dark world he wants no part of. To make matters worse, his stubborn, by-the-book mentor, Jess, has little patience for a Warden who's inexperienced and bumbling at best.

Just as Rev thinks things couldn't be worse, he realizes he's falling for his hard-ass mentor. Will Jess return the feelings? Or will Rev be dealing with a broken heart while trying to save the world?
