Mind Magic

Triad

Mind Magic had me interested from the get go. I had to finish the book just to see what was going to happen next. I wish there had been a little more to the plot of the bad guys like a little of what and why? Hopefully in the next book it explains a little more of that.

The interaction between Gray and Simon helped the story move and I enjoyed the two of them together. I hope to see more in another book as this storyline hooked me. Hopefully this is just the beginning to a good series.

When Simon Osborne keeps hearing the cries of children in his head he knows he can't ignore their plea for help. It doesn't matter to him that they are Werewolf cubs or that he shouldn't interfere. That though is only the beginning of the adventure for him.

When he meets Gray the Alpha of the pack for which the children belong the attraction between the two men is seriously hot and intense.

The rescue of the cubs brings down the wrath of his peers and danger more powerful then Simon or Gray can imagine. Gray needs Simon to help track down that danger and destroy it before more harm can come to the cubs. Can Simon and Gray find and take down the demon or will the cubs be forever in danger as well as Simon?

Book Blurb for Mind Magic

Magical species must never mix. According to the rules, Simon Osborne should ignore the children’s cries for help. After all, they’re werewolf cubs, and he’s an apprentice mage. But for once in his life, Simon breaks the rules and rescues the cubs, saving them from a demon intent on draining them of their magic.

Of course, all actions have consequences, and Simon’s bold move earns him the displeasure of his peers and the attention of the cubs’ alpha, a man named Gray Townsend.

The last thing Gray needs is a mage in his life, but Simon did save his son. Since Simon is now a friend of the pack, Gray doesn’t have much choice about it—or the forbidden attraction that goes along with it. Unfortunately for the alpha, he needs Simon’s help to track down the demon behind the kidnappings—before it strikes again. Simon and Gray must join forces to protect the pack, even as they struggle to resist the temptation that threatens to destroy them both.
