To Love a King

Court of Annwyn, #3

This is the third full novel and fourth final installment in Shona Husk's Annwyn series. After book two she wrote a novella. I have loved this series from the first book and have looked forward for Felan's story. Ms. Husk brings together two people and gives them a second chance at love. You have the intrigue of a fairy court, the quest for a new queen and two people whose passion sets the pages on fire. This series is one for the keeper shelf. Fans will enjoy this over and over again.

Jacqueline Ara fell in love with a fairy prince and paid the price for it when he broke her heart. He was not there for her when she lost their child. Finally after seven years she is over him and able to get on with her life. That is until he walks into the coffee shop where she works. All of the old feelings she had for him are still there.

Prince Felan ap Gwyn needs a queen and she must be mortal. That is the only way to save not only Annwyn but also the mortal world. Felan has never stopped loving Jacqui. Seven years may have passed for her, but for him it was only months. Now winter is upon Annwyn, along with the death of the old king. Felan must convince Jacqui that he has never stopped loving her and he still wants her to be his queen.

Can he heal her heart and win her love before it is too late?
