Dragon Moon

Moon Series, Book 11

Kenna is a psychic from a parallel universe where paranormal abilities are the norm.  She was taken from her village to be a slave to Vandar, a powerful half dragon shapeshifter and half vampire.  Vandar wants to rule his world and once he learns of our world he plans a mass invasion so that he may rule here also.  Before he sends Kenna through the portal he sets traps into her mind so that she is unable to tell anyone where she is from and what her mission is.  If she tries she will suffer pain.  When Kenna comes through the portal into our world, she finds herself in a bad thunderstorm. As she is making her way out of the woods, lighting strikes a tree and she is trapped under it.  Werewolf Talon Marshall finds and rescues Kenna from under the downed tree.  He takes her to his home to recover.  The more he talks to her, he comes to believe that she is hiding something from him.  Talon comes to the decision to keep her near in order to find out what she is hiding from him.  The longer they are together, not only Talon but also his wolf wants Kenna for their own.  When Talon calls upon his family, they arrive to help to help find out what Kenna's secret is and how to help.  Kenna and Talon must learn to not only trust each other but to accept help for the Marshall's and their mates.

As a werewolf, Talon is no stranger to secrets, and he can sense that the psychic Kenna is keeping something from him. But Talon is powerfully drawn to the mysterious stranger, and the urge to claim her is just as strong as the instinct to keep himself guarded. With impossible secrets keeping them apart and the threat from the other world drawing near, their fate hangs in the balance—unless they can learn to trust each other.
