Cyndi Faria gives readers hope with this contemporary romance. I've grown to expect cute love stories from this author and this one did not disappoint. This was such a fabulous story about taking a chance on love and taking the time to please ourselves and not everyone else. I loved watching these two characters come into their own while also blossoming as a couple. Both Garret and Maggie are indeed truly amiable people and while I usually am not a fan of friends to lovers they made me a believer. Above all this story made me feel good and after all that is why I enjoy love stories so much. this author has a talent for lovely happy endings and I'm so glad she does. If you are looking for a light pleasurable read then this is a great one to add to your TBR pile.
