Cursed by Cupid

Wendy Sparrow skips the chocolates and roses and instead gifts readers with some fabulous giggles with this fast, fun and flirty romance. Tilly Morrow is a strong and determined heroine with some strong beliefs and convictions. I loved wondering just what was going to happen with her next; her reactions were fabulous. I loved her perseverance and her martial arts skills. As a klutz myself I loved how she just kept going and never gave in to the desire to quit. Bryant Murphy is a breath of fresh air, his engaging smile and easy going attitude are just what Tilly needs. I loved how he didn't let anything perturb him, he just takes everything in stride and always seems to find the bright side. The supporting characters were entertaining and engaging and important in advancing the story. This was an enjoyable, quick read, perfect for a lunch-time break and left me smiling and didn't leave me feeling overly sweet and mush like many Valentine reads.

Three years and no second dates. Tilly Morrow received a chain letter and didn't follow the instructions and now she's dealing with the consequences. As Valentine's Day approaches the curse seems to be in full force but Bryant Murphy isn't sure he believes and even if it is real he's interested enough to invest in some lucky charms to see if he can break her record and enjoy a second date.

Book Blurb for Cursed by Cupid

Dear Reader, this letter is to inform you of Cupid’s curse, which will fall upon you if you don’t pass this email on to three friends within three hours.

Tilly Morrow didn’t believe in the curse and now she hasn’t had a second date in three years…because all her first dates end in disaster. In fact, she just accidentally punched a guy in the face, leaving her without a date for Valentine’s Day!

Bryant Murphy isn’t sure if the curse is real or not, but if dating Tilly means occasionally getting assaulted with a chocolate shake or nearly electrocuted, it’s worth the risk. Armed with more lucky charms than a bowl of cereal, Bryant will have to battle flying swords, Russian mail-order brides, and shrimp linguini if he’s going to win the girl.
