Addicted to Her

Sam Crescent proves why she's called the queen of curvy romance with this delightful May/December romance. Alfie Brown is a strong, successful businessman who knows exactly what he wants. He's determined and methodical and his actions are just this side of over the top? Sophie Cross is kindhearted and confused. She's young but she feels the pressure to decide her career and in fact her entire future. I enjoyed watching her trying to balance her wants with what she wondered were her needs and if she had to risk happiness to ensure her future. I enjoyed watching her reactions to Alfie and his manipulations. Her joy in the publishing business he'd purchased and her confusion with her internship. Her friendship with Freya was quite interesting and I have to say I'm looking forward to seeing what her friend's adventure is all about. This is the type of story you love to read, the type where you know exactly what you are getting but knowing the ending doesn't distract from the pleasure of the ride. If you like love stories between curvy heroines and the alpha men who love them, pick this one up, you won't be disappointed.

The Story: Used to working hard and getting exactly what he wants Alfie Brown sees Sophie Cross and decides to play the long game. He plans and nudges Sophie's life, without her being aware, exactly to where he can convince her they are perfect for one another.

Warning: This book has a hero that is straight out of fantasy land. If you do not like alphas that are somewhat stalkerish, this is not the book for you.
