A Dangerous Madness

Michelle Diener weaves historical events seamlessly with fiction in this adventurous Regency romance. After jumping straight into the action this story doesn't let up until the very end. Phoebe is one interesting heroine and witnessing her dealing with the whirlwind her life has become. Wittaker is a fantastic hero and the connection between the two is amazing, the interactions so engaging that the pages just flew by. The development of the lead couple and all the supporting characters added to my enjoyment of the story. I loved how this author was able to enhance the story with actual factual events and continue to highly entertain with details that added to the story without making it fell like reading a history textbook. The wonderful way the author included all elements in this book, the romance, the adventure the history and the narrative made for a highly enjoyable sweet Regency romance and I believe I will be reading many more of her books in the future.
