Kerrelyn Sparks is a writing genius, and a true artist. She creates such lovable characters in all of her books and this is 100% true with her latest Love at Stake novel "Wild About You".
From the very first page I fell in love with Howard the Solitaty were-bear, and the forset guardian, Elsa. This relationship was doomed from the begining but I can't possibly convey how I loved that even though Howard and Elsa weren't meant to be together, they proved that fate can be changed. "Wild About You" was a compelling and beautifully written romance, and the only negative thing I have to say about it is the ending climax seemed a little bit too easy. But some heros and heroines deserve that happily ever after, especially after everything what they have been through to be a couple.
Howard Barr, the solitary were-bear with a sorted past and has had enough of Mr. Nice guy. He wants revenge and a love that will last a lifetime. Nothing will stand in his way not even a family curse.
Elsa is a smokin hot blonde, known for her destructive nature on the television show International Home Wreckers. But she is tired of her rock hard reputation. The only man capable of making her feel delicate is the hunky next door neighbor Howard, the berserker. But Howard is also the only man that has the power to destroy her.
Will family curses prevent these two from finding their destiny or will they be willing to change their fates?
This is the 13th book in the "successful Love at Stake" series, featuring a band of good vampires and shifters who find true love while fighting the Malcontents.
