Undercover

Jenny is a shallow Girl and not someone I would get along with very well in real life, but in Undercover she is fantastic. She's so infatuated that common sense is completely out the door and I can see why. Alex the "Man" to want in this book might not be a handsome drool over man to want, but Hammarblad makes you want him. Many of the other characters are also great too Like Mark, Jenny's colleague who was so funny I would find myself Laughing out loud, and a few others like Lindsey. She is a cute character as well.

Ms. Hammarblad tells the story pretty easily even though there is a lot of interaction between people. The many dialogues flow very nicely and sound like real people. I get confused easy when a book shifts between characters, but Maria did a fantastic Job of making this book not so confusing and very easy to understand. I rate this a 4 out of 5 stars for sure!

UNDERCOVER is 436 pages but don't let that scare you. I read it in 3 days and that is pretty good for me. LOL.

Book Blurb for Undercover

When Jenny Moore meets Alexei Roshenko, it's love at first sight. The tall, dark, and handsome stranger appears to be the answer to every romantic fantasy any woman ever had. There is however more to him than meets the eye, and a dark and violent past is catching up with him. Jenny decides to follow him back to Russia, and gets entangled in a web of deceit and secrets beyond her wildest imagination.

"You know, I'm old enough to remember the bad old days. In those times, one man would have been sent to spy on you, and another man sent to keep an eye on the spy. They would have been investigating the woman you've found in this very moment, trying to estimate what threat or opportunity she might pose, and how she could best be used. Leverage was a big word in those days."
