The Undead Pool

Rachael Morgan, #12

Kim Harrison is hands down one of the best paranormal writers ever! Her Rachael Morgan series is one that every urban fantasy/paranormal romance reader should try.

The Undead Pool continues the adventures of Rachael and her posse. As always her faithful Jenks (I just love him) and Trent are along for the ride. They get a lot of page time. I’ve rooted for Rachael and Trent to get together from their first interaction and I am very pleased with the results.

As always Ms. Harrison captures your attention from the first with action, suspense, and emotion. You will be pulled in till the very end. Readers will be left wanting more and more. We have one more book in this series to look forward to. I cannot wait to see what Ms. Harrison has coming next.

With the Inderlander and humans in an almost all-out war, Rachel knows of only one weapon to ensure the peace. It’s ancient elven wild magic, which carries its own perils.
