Edge of Oblivion

Night Prowler Novel #2

A sequel that has stepped up to be better than the first... J.T. Geissinger delivers! In my opinion, it has more growth, thrills and is just plain more HOT than the first book, Shadows Edge. The main characters are amazing. Morgan is a kickass character! She is the sassy best friend every girl should have. Alexander is the most dangerously sexy assassin ever! We get to see Morgan regret what she did and maybe even crave home a little after trying to escape it for so long. Xander is hot as hell, and the two are a great match together. But the real question is…can he kill Morgan if she cannot complete her mission? The journey is very entertaining and you must also find out.

Morgan has been found guilty of being a traitor, she has betrayed her clan. The Ikati are an ancient shape-shifting species of panther, with only a few remaining colonies in the world. Her penalty is death. But the new queen has taken mercy on Morgan and gives her a task. She is to discover and infiltrate the headquarters of the Expurgari. The Expurgari are the Ikati’s ancient enemy. Morgan needs to infiltrate them so they can be destroyed once and for all. Accompanying her is Xander, Luna top assassin, whose assignment is to kill Morgan if she fails on her quest. On their dangerous journey, Xander and Morgan begin to fall in love. She needs to believes, as he should, that their relationship will not prevent him from executing Plan B if necessary. Can Xander kill the one he has come to love?

But there is a glimmer of hope. Thanks to her friendship with Jenna, the new queen of the Ikati, Morgan has one last chance to prove her loyalty. She must discover and infiltrate the headquarters of the Expurgari, the Ikati’s ancient enemy, so they can be destroyed once and for all. The catch? She has only a fortnight to complete her mission and will be accompanied by Xander Luna, the tribe's most feared enforcer. If Morgan fails, her life is forfeit. Because Xander is as lethal as he is loyal, and no one—not even this beautiful, passionate renegade—will distract him from his mission. But as the pair races across Europe into the heart of Italy, the attraction blooming between them becomes undeniable. Suddenly more than justice is at stake: so is love.

Sensual, thrilling, and action-packed, Edge of Oblivion will enthrall readers with nail-biting suspense and heart-pounding passion.
