Demons at Deadnight

The Divinicus Nex Chronicles, #1

I absolutely fell in LOVE with the Divinicus Nex Chronicles series. “Demons at Deadnight” starts out this new series and I’m recommending that you start with this book and then move on to book two.

I love the characters and the banter between all of them. I have to hand it to this mother, daughter writing duo, on creating a fun paranormal read that had me hooked from the first paragraph.

In “Demons at Deadnight” we follow Aurora who is able to see demons. She is introduced to the Hex Boys who have a certain skill set that makes them perfect for fighting demons.

“Demons at Deadnight” will launch your next YA supernatural book addiction, I promise you! This YA book is good clean fun. It’s filled with smart characters, snarkeyness as well as a battle of the wills. Readers are in for humor in this paranormal story. Get ready for storytelling at its finest.

Who says you have to have a favorite Hex boy, why not have them all! They each bring their own separate personalities to the story that make it impossible to pick just one.

Book Blurb for Demons at Deadnight

For seventeen-year-old Aurora Lahey, survival is a lifestyle.

Aurora has the crappiest superpower on the planet. And it's just unleashed a hit squad from hell. Demons are on the hunt, salivating to carve her carcass into confetti.

CHARISMATIC KILLERSThe Hex Boys--mysterious, hunky, and notorious for their trails of destruction--have the answers Aurora needs to survive. But their overload of deadly secrets and suspicious motives makes trusting them a potentially fatal move.

LETHAL ALLIESThe battle to save her family, herself, and stop demonic domination may cost Aurora everything worth living for, and force her to reveal her own dark secrets. But no worries. She needs the Hex Boys to pull this off, and, chances are, teaming up with these guys will get her killed anyway.
