Avery wants to buy Bryce’s ranch. Bryce has every intention to refuse Avery’s offer. Even though both of them are really determine, eventually one of them will have to concede. Who will it be?
Bryce was really mean to Avery in the beginning. It was understandable once you know the reason why he was acting the way he was. And you couldn’t really blame him since Avery was being very pushy about what she wanted. Besides her father wanted Bryce’s ranch and Avery never failed him, so she would do everything in her power to get the ranch. But she didn’t expect Bryce to be so sexy and irresistible. And once she got to know the real him she had to rethink her plans.
Bryce had lost the love of his life so he tried his best to keep his ranch because that was where he grew up and created all the memories he made with his wife. No one will take that away from him even though Avery tempted him at every turn.
It was really fun reading their interactions with each other. It was very hard for them to resist each other since the chemistry between them was really strong. When two people are meant to be, there’s really nothing that could keep them apart. They always find their way back to each other. I love small town romance. Bryce and Avery’s story was very sweet. It was a wonderful read. I also love Bryce’s dog. He was so cute. I always wanted a dog but can’t have one right now so it makes me happy when I read about them.
I’m looking forward to reading the next book, Something Like Love. The excerpt sounded really good so can’t wait to read it. I recommend this series.
