Expose Me

The Fifth Avenue Trilogy, #3

Alex Diaz is out to avenge his best friend’s death and he plans to use whatever or whoever to achieve it. He plans on using Chelsea, a famous talk show host to bring down Jason Treffen publically but he gets more than what he asks for.

The author did such a good job at drawing me into the book slowly as I read. I kept turning page after page as the story got more and more intense. At first I was very worried about not reading the first two books in this trilogy. I didn't even know there were two books before this when I requested for a copy, but it didn't really matter.

I was very into Alex and Chelsea's story. Both of them had a dark past. They didn't have it easy. They became powerful individuals but they never forget about their past. Their stories were heartbreaking. I really admired characters that kept going forward day after day bravely despite horrible experiences. I especially liked Chelsea for being so brave, strong and for being able to keep her head high. People talked bad about her but she didn't let them bother her. After what she went through I completely understood that she wanted a loving relationship even though she kept denying herself that.

They both wanted real love but both were so afraid. They kept hiding behind their hard exterior. I really enjoyed reading about them finding themselves and finally being honest with their feelings. I applaud the author for being able to make me feel what the characters were feeling. It made me tear up when I read the part about Chelsea’s ‘accident’ with her boss.

I love Harlequin books so when I saw this on for review I immediately requested it. I’m glad that I did because it didn't disappoint. The outcome was awesome. When Chelsea was finished with the show I was smiling so big, like an idiot. They finally did it. They finally exposed Jason Treffen to the world. It was satisfying to see the downfall of Jason Treffen.

Expose Me just made me a fan of Kate Hewitt. I loved her writing style, especially the love scenes. It was beautiful. Alex was so sweet to her. He just became one of my favorite male characters. If you love a strong female character, you should definitely check Expose Me out.

Book Blurb for Expose Me

TEN YEARS AGO ONE DEVASTATING NIGHT CHANGED EVERYTHING FOR AUSTIN, HUNTER AND ALEX. NOW THEY MUST EACH PLAY THEIR PART IN THE REVENGE AGAINST THE ONE MAN WHO RUINED IT ALL.

With ruthless determination, Alex Diaz has risen up from his deprived roots to become the head of a global media empire. But he has one last thing to achieve…avenge his friend by destroying the man responsible for her death, Jason Treffen. With stunning talk-show host Chelsea Maxwell about to interview Treffen live on TV, this is Alex's chance.

He'll use her show to exact a very public revenge—and seducing Chelsea, if needed, would certainly be no hardship. But he underestimates Chelsea and the attraction between them, and as their relationship deepens, Alex realizes that to annihilate Treffen could also shatter the life that Chelsea has built to protect herself….

Each book is written by a different author. Look for Avenge Me, Scandalize Me, Expose Me and the prequel Take Me.
