Friendship is great but lately Jane has been getting tired of being the good friend. She has always had a crush on her friend Ethan but friendship always popped its little head between them. Now she is stuck in a rut with Ethan. Jane has decided that this Valentine’s Day she will not spend alone, but with Ethan in his bed hopefully in his arms. Her job is to sell stationery so it comes in handy for her plan to work. Or so she thinks. Trouble is that someone is out to get her and her business. Her business is her life but then again her business cannot give her passion like Ethan. Can she find out who wants her business to sink? Will this Valentine’s Day be a lonely night or will Jane get her Valentine treat.

Ethan has been buddies with Jane for many years. He’s comfortable with her or was until a couple years ago. He knows he is to blame so it comes as a surprise that she enters back in his life. Ethan is there when her business first gets vandalized and since then has been unable to forget about Jane. He is unsure what is going on with Jane but must find out who is sending hot erotic letters to his home. Letters that he has not read before yet something about the stationery reminds him of someone. He knows behind these letters is a passionate woman but can’t think of who it is. One kiss from Jane though is making him rethink their friendship. Could he risk it all for something more with Jane? Does she want more of him?

Once again Janice Maynard has done it and I was so excited that she has this one coming out. The letters that are created in this book are not only hot but Ethan has no idea what is hitting him. Jane sure knows how to pick her friends and boy Ethan is one hot guy. Yes friendship is great but true love does have to start somewhere. Janice has a way with words that brings the story to life and this one is one hot one. Hot Mail is a great book and readers should grab this fantastic book up. I can’t wait for more of Janice’s books.
