Do You Trust Me?

Don’t Trust No One…four last words from her brother John. This is something that Rina Devargas has to keep reminding herself even if it means shielding her heart from Connor McCall. Her brother, John was her rock and only family. Now that one message from him is putting her life in danger. She has no idea what has happened to John only that it has brought back the one man she gave her body to years ago. Someone wants her dead and McCall is the only one who can protect her. The only thing is that no matter what McCall does to scare her Rina still wants him. He says he uses his women but passion in his arms thrills her. It is more than just sex for he brings out the kink in her, passion and the wildness in her. By day he is different and at night he is the man she needs now more that John might be possibly dead.

Connor McCall has tried everything he can to forget about Rina Devargas. The thing is he made a promise to a friend, her brother, to always watch out for her. He never expected that she would complete him in every way in and out of bed. Connor has told her what kind of women he has had yet it doesn’t scare her at all. Instead it excites her and him that she is not afraid of the kink in him. Though she is there for him in and out of bed he must find out who wants her dead. Every time he succumbs to her charms something happens to her. He’s been hurt before and is unsure if Rina can trust him with what John last said to her. Rina has something from John and won’t tell anyone what it is. Can he protect Rina from the killer?

Rina and McCall are two people so opposite from each other but perfect in every other way. McCall thinks Rina is somewhat innocent but as a writer herself she is ready for adventure. He thinks he can scare her by confiding to her about his type of women. Yet she astounds him by her bravery through John’s whole disappearance.

These two were great and I applaud Desiree again for her imagination throughout this whole book. I loved the whole who is the mole and let me tell you it will shock you. The passion and BDSM were phenominal. Desiree knows how to bring passion to her stories and to her readers. I loved Do You Trust Me? and can’t wait for more of Desiree Holt’s books.
