Continuing in the newspaper line, a white collar criminal, Jack Clemens, is about to be incarcerated in a federal correctional institution for playing fast and loose with other peoples money. Poor Jack is not having a great time in prison because he was taken out of the country club prison and put into something like Alcatraz. Jack asks a gang leader for protection and money starts coming into the protector but eventually Jack is killed by an inmate. But, we haven’t seen the last of Jack.
This is a great story. The plot lines are perfect and the reader will not be able to put the book down. A lot of the action takes place in the newsroom and covers the work that reporters do and how they run down and sometimes really aggravate the public to get their stories out. There are many surprises and really interesting characters to keep up with. This book is a definite keeper that will keep readers looking forward to the next adventure of Riley Spartz.
