After the death of her grandmother, Kara decides it's time to go home and run the bakery she and her grandmother had grown to love. It's difficult for her to go home since she left her first love there and it's been years since she's been back. Max never knew why Kara left him behind and broke his heart. Now she's back and he's anxious to see her and find out exactly what happened. He may not like her answers, but he has to know.
This is my first Cristal Ryder story, but I absolutely loved it! She writes a long-lost-love story that makes you feel as if you're right there in the midst of the romance. It's sweetly romantic and emotional to the max. It's very easy to relate to and the interaction between the characters is completely believable. Hot Fusion is filled with smoking' hot sex you don't want to miss. It spices the story up very nicely without overdoing it and the pages just fly by. I can't wait to read more from Ms. Ryder!
