Bailey Lennox enjoys her job as a bodyguard, most of the time. But when she saves Everett Parker (famous actor) she is put in a tough spot with her boss. Everett wants to hire her as a bodyguard for his sister wedding. This is just a job but the tables turn when sparks fly between Everett and Bay. Can it work out? Maybe!
“Tangled Vows” is the first story in a series. We are left with questions in the end, but the story is a quick hot read.
Bailey is ex-military and has PTSD, but is controlling it. She has trust issues, but lets her guard down with Everett.
Everett is not your typical actor. He is hot and rich but has a warm side. He seems to love his family, but something is going on with his brother. He helps Bailey out of a jam when she runs into problems with her boss and sets up the start of their new relationship. That’s where we are left with this story. We have lots of questions needing answers. If that doesn’t bother you than read the book. I found this to be a great start to a new series.
Army veteran Bailey Lennox usually enjoys her job as a bodyguard for Halvard Protection Services. When she’s assigned to work with the famous movie star Everett Parker however, she’s reluctant to play the part of Everett’s girlfriend at his sister’s wedding. In such close quarters, she must decide where to draw the line between their mutual attraction and her professional ethics.
