Embrace the Dark

The Blood Rose, #1

Embrace the Dark is a very good paranormal book which begins with our main characters at a wedding on the other side of the veil? Abigail is a human who owns a bakery with a Fae and has made the wedding cake for our well attended wedding. Master of the Realm Gerrod is in attendance and is captivated by our Embrace the Dark baker. When a vicious attack happens all hell breaks out and Gerrod saves the wedding. Can a relationship between a human and a vampire really work –it can if she is his Blood Rose, the one person he can satisfy his thirst with. This is a very heartwarming story of a wonderful human and a vampire.

I liked the story very much. Abigail is a great character –caring and giving. Garrod is a lonely vampire needing his one and only. They are a very sweet and hot couple, well suited to each other. This is the first book in the series and I am looking forward to see how this story progress over time. Embrace the Dark is defiantly a book I recommend to all of my vampire loving friends out there.
