Healing Doctor Ryan

If you knew there was a "good" chance that a person you are attracted to would die, would you take a chance on a relationship? What if you worked in a field where you were surrounded by statistics and knew the chances that that certain someone had? Would you still be able to take a chance or would you keep your heart hardened against that possibility? Bran Ryan is an oncologist who has learned to keep barriers up around his heart because he is surrounded by death.

At least he had until Ian Fitzgerald became his patient. Ian has a gentle heart and is determined as well. Oh and his determination is set on Bran. As things progress Bran retreats to shore up his defenses. An unexpected treasure with a message in a bottle makes Bran take another look at what he is doing. Will they have a chance? Will love be enough? Or will Bran take a leap of faith and trust the feelings he has for the determined Ian?

Healing Doctor Ryan is at least a two hanky story about knowing what will probably happen and still going forward. It is about taking a huge chance in spite of some very big risks and about being able to love in spite of the odds and, in the end, having it all.
