Wicked Ever After

A Blud Novel, #7

While I am sad to say goodbye to Sang, I must say that this was a wonderful ending to a series that has brought me many hours of joy. I wouldn’t suggest that anyone start their experiences in Sang with Wicked Ever After as they would be quite lost. But if you are looking for a unique steampunk adventure with romance and a dash of time travel I would highly recommend the Sang series. With the finale we are getting answers to the last few loose ends; will the witch Hepzibah get what’s coming to her, will Criminy finally convince Letitia to become a vampire? I was caught by surprise as the turn of events, in regards to Letitia’s Nana. But I must confess I would have been disappointed if things had been too neatly tied up in a bow. A solid 4 and ½ stars Wicked Ever After and the delightfully talented Delilah S. Dawson.

Refusing to cut her ties with Earth until her Nana has passed on, Letitia has put off becoming a vampire. Criminy has bided his time, waiting until Letitia was ready but it has been a strain. When she goes back to Earth to check on Nana, she realizes she isn’t ready to say goodbye. Taking a chance, a wild and crazy one, she brings her Nana to Sang. Things quickly spiral out of Tish’s control and it’s a mad race to catch up. At the end of it all, it will be a miracle if they make it out alive.
