Demon Soul

The Caine Brothers Book 1

Synopsis: Gabriel Caine has quite a lot to get through, since he's currently missing a big chunk of his soul that was stolen by a Vampire. When he meets a random girl that’s been looking for him, there’s a creepy resemblance between her and the vampire that stole his soul. Rose Walters has been wandering around to find this Gabriel Caine for some time now. With not a clue who the guy is, she must find him and save him. She has to return his soul to him, remind him that he is not just a demon but also part human and part Fae, and somehow control her own emotions around him. Attraction isn’t the only thing between these two, and it shows throughout the book. Can Rose help save Gabriel before it’s too late and he lets the demon inside him take control?

My thoughts: It was a great storyline. The plot is original and suspenseful, just like every good book should be. I was literally sitting on the edge of my chair, and could not walk away from the story after I got into it. The characters, Gabriel and Rose, they have this chemistry from the first moment they meet and it makes the story that much better. If you’re looking for a good, Demon thrilling book, I recommend it. The characters developed throughout the story like “normal” people would through a good few weeks of working together. It was a really great read, with characters that had depth and “normal people” problems they had to deal with throughout the original storyline.

Book Blurb for Demon Soul

Gabriel Caine stands on the edge of the abyss. A vampire has stolen his soul and if he doesn't get it back soon, his next step will be into Hell. Only the mysterious Rose can help him retrieve it. Without her, he really will become the devil himself.

Rose Walters has been sent back from the dead to complete one task-save Gabriel Caine. She's drawn to Gabriel on the most basic level, but restoring his soul may cost Rose her life.

Rose has touched the whole of Gabriel, making him yearn for a love he believes he can never have. Her willingness to put her humanity on the line for him forces him to bring all three parts of himself - demon, human, and Fae bloodlines, and the strengths of each - into harmony, and into the fight that decides their fate.
