Love with the Perfect Scoundrel
Widows Club Series - Book 3
It was lovely to finally see Grace Sheffey find her happiness, although it did take some doing. As an aside, now that I've read this book, I have a hankering to read the previous novels – Sophia Nash did a great job with world and character building. Michael Rainier was the perfect foil for her and it was absolutely moved to see him make her so happy. I would have been a good deal more pleased if Grace's previous suitors had been suitably put in their place by Michael, that little session of fisticuffs was no where near satisfying enough. I thought the ending a tad odd, and I thought that the mindset of Michael's previous nemesis could have been fleshed out a bit better. Him wanting to walk Grace down the aisle was very unexpected and non-plussing. I loved all the characters in this book and I'm anxious to read all of their stories as well, including the indomitable dame.
