Broken Wings

Hidden Wings Series Book Two

This was a good next installment in the Hidden Wings Series. It gives you an in depth portrayal of the dilemma Emma is facing. Her life is changing before her eyes and what she thought she knew about herself and her family is nowhere near the truth.

Her protectors are a very interesting group of Angels including her biological father. They are ready to take on the whole underworld if need be, to help Emma achieve her goal. Each one is special in his own way and adds to the depth of the story.

There is an adequate amount of action from the middle of the book all the way through to the end. The back story on how her parents met, the battle that they are involved in, and what her role in it all is very helpful. It makes you really understand her connection with Made and helps with other situations that arise as well in their journey through Hell.

This series is definitely not a stand alone collection. If you start with book one, you'll want to continue all the way through for the whole story. It is well written to keep your attention. If you are a fan of Angels, Demons, and the epic battle of Good vs Evil, you will enjoy this series.

Cameo gives you a very vivid description of her characters, their inner struggles, the scenery and locations around them. If you are imaginative you can envision yourself in their battle.
