Can I simply start by saying that I loved this book? The story was a non-stop roller coaster ride of adventure and romance, danger and intrigue. Add in the daring damsel in distress and a wizard who is ridiculously gorgeous and more than a dash of magic, and the result is this charming novel. In all honesty, I simply could not put it down. I have no doubt other readers will feel the same.
What is a wizard to do? He's stranded on an island thanks to a vindictive ex with a bad attitude and a powerful amulet, no one except a tribe of Undines is nearby, and now, from nowhere, this strange woman drops into his ocean? Who is she? Where did she come from and how did she reach the island? Sinclair is determined to find out. Samantha is the lady who fell into Sinclair's life so suddenly. It all happens thanks to chance and a book. He's gruff, a bit uncivilized, but who wouldn't be if they were in a similar situation? Samantha is determined to help him break the curse. What neither of them expects is the resurgence of his vindictive ex and their two traitorous hearts. Can love really overcome all? Will evil win? Or will Sinclair and Samantha be stuck eternally on the island, lost in the mists of magic?
Save the wizard, fall in love.
Samantha wants to find someone to live her happily ever after with, but in today’s modern world, finding a dashing hero is an impossible task - until the God of Chance steps in. Pure adventure follows as Samantha finds herself magically teleported to a tropical island where she meets a hunky wizard in need of rescuing.
A curse traps Sinclair on a tropical island with little hope of rescue, that is until a luscious librarian is dropped on his beach. Having been betrayed by love once, he’s leery of trusting again but as he and Samantha overcome the magical obstacles set in their way, they discover that true love awaits them if they’re ready to take a chance.
