The Calling

The Calling is a chilling tale, but one that is beautifully told and utterly moving. The characters are strong and well written, and the story flows effortlessly along, artfully blending the past with the present and the mystery that is Egyptian mythology and legend. The story is a beautiful tale, both heartwarming and scary at once. It is a novel of love and hate, intolerance, and terror, and yet still heartwarming romance. I have read very few novels that blend myth and magic with the real world so easily. This novel is a wonderful delight to read, and readers everywhere will surely adore it as I do.
