Seduction of the Captain

Saida needs the best pilot there is and Kaj is it. Not only can he pilot her ship but he may be the one and only man who can master Saida. She longs to be able to let go and immerse herself in both the pleasure and the pain that Kaj can bring her but Saida is not prepared for what Kaj does to her heart. If Saida wants to pull off her mission she must submit to Kaj and feed his needs or he will not fly the ship but Kaj is in for a surprise himself. Love will find a way to those it seeks no matter what.

This story is a nice mix of Science fiction and romance. Saida can turn into an assassin at the drop of a hat and Kaj is a Dominant that feeds off of the pain and pleasure of others. It seems that these two were made for each other. Saida is a strong woman not only physically but mentally as well. Yet she longs for the release that only submitting along with some pain will give her. Seeing Saida deal with her feelings for Kaj was a nice read. I enjoyed watching Saida realize and then embrace her wants and needs. Kaj needs to inflict pain along with pleasure and Saida needs just that to finally let herself go. As hot as the sex is in this book they do include pain. I would caution readers to that fact. The pain is an integral part of the story and is mutually satisfying and adds another layer to this story.

The author does a good job of painting another world and immersing the reader in it. I found myself engrossed in this story from beginning to end and enjoyed it.
